Where are you located?
We are proudly based in Houston, Texas, but we serve the whole country and can even ship internationally.
Do you charge sales tax?
Texas residents are required by the state to pay sales tax. We do offer free shipping for Texas residents.
Do you replace the glass in our dive masks when we send them to you?
We do not replace your lens glass. We prepare a glass lens made for your exact prescription, including astigmatism correction, and we chemically bond the lens to your existing dive mask glass.
I run a dive shop, and we would like to be a dealer for your lenses. How do you get added?
No problem! We love our dive shop partners. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get you set up!
Can you do bifocals?
Yes, we can put bifocals, readers, or single vision lenses into your mask. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Can you rush an order?
Rush order pricing and available can be see on the checkout page once you have selected your mask and/or lenses. Rush ordering is not always available. If you would like to contact us before selecting your lenses to check the availability of rush ordering, feel free to call or email.
What is your standard turn around time?
Right now, our turnaround time is 8-10 business days (two business weeks) from when we receive your mask or when you order a mask from us. You can select faster shipping options to get your mask to us, and to receive it from us, at the checkout page.
Do you offer a military discount?
Thank you for your service. We do offer a discount to active and retired military, law enforcement, EMS, and fire. Contact us by phone or email for details.
What is your warranty?
We guarantee our mounted lenses will not become unmounted or haze for the life of your mask. We do not warranty against user caused damage such as drops. If your lens becomes dismounted (has not happened yet) or hazy, we will pay for roundtrip shipping for your lens from any continental US location to correct the matter. If you have any questions, give us a call!
Can I still use defog?
You can use all conventional defogs on your mask.
What type of mask do I need to get prescription lenses?
All conventional dive masks, with a tempered glass lens, including single lens and twin lens masks, can have lenses by us. Any mask you buy at a reputable dive shop should have a tempered glass lens.
What is your return policy?
If you buy af mask from us, you have 30 days from receipt to notify us of any fit issues with the mask. If the mask does not fit, we will replace it if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.
If you buy a mask from us or have us install lenses in your dive mask, we will replace the lenses due to vision correction issues if you notify us within 30 days of the vision issue.
After 30 days, your mask lenses are covered by our standard warranty.
