Shipping and Returns

Processing Time:

The majority of our products, including custom prescription dive masks, swim goggles, and snorkel masks, are made to order. Due to this, once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Standard processing time for prescription dive masks is approximately 2 business weeks from the order date or from when we receive your mask if you are sending in your own. Rush options are available during the order process, and you can also contact us after placing your order to inquire about adding a rush option.

Custom swim goggles and full-face mask orders typically take 1 business week to process. Rush options are also available for an additional fee during the order build process.

Processing times do not include holidays and may increase during peak diving seasons, such as the beginning of the new year.

Shipping:

Within the United States, we provide low cost FedEx Ground shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

We provide worldwide shipping at a discounted rate. We frequently ship to the middle east, Caribbean, and throughout Europe. If you are concerned about whether or not we can ship you a mask, the answer is almost certainly we can. 

If you choose to send us your own mask for lens installation, we offer a FedEx shipping label for a small fee to make the process easier. While we offset part of this cost, you are also welcome to ship the mask using your preferred method. We recommend insuring the package for the mask's value when shipping it to us.

Exchanges and Warranty:

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns. However, we want divers and underwater explorers to fully enjoy their masks, swim goggles, or full-face masks for years to come. If there is a fit or vision issue with your prescription dive mask, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We will remake the mask once at no additional cost if a fit or vision issue arises. The customer is responsible for shipping the mask back to us, but the cost of the new lenses and mask will be covered by us.

Our lens warranty covers the lifetime of the mask, provided the mask itself is in good condition (e.g., no cracks, tears, or damage beyond its useful life). This warranty covers:

  • Chips in the lenses (not breakages from drops)
  • Delamination of the lenses
  • Lens clouding

We will replace lenses with the original prescription values at no cost with proof of purchase. However, shipping to our lab is the customer’s responsibility.

Frames for dive masks, snorkel masks, and swim goggles typically come with a 1-2 year warranty, depending on the specific product. This warranty covers manufacturer defects. Return shipping to See the Sea RX is at the customer’s expense.
