Every See The Sea RX mask is made by our team in our lab in Houston, Texas. Together we have more than 40 years of optical industry experience, and we’d love to help you find the right prescription mask. Read how it all started on our History page.

Jasmine Guevara
Optical Production Manager
With over 20 years in the optical industry, Jasmine has built a career around the details, whether that’s troubleshooting a challenging prescription, keeping production moving, or finding small ways to make things work a little smoother.
At See The Sea RX, Jasmine helps oversee the production process from prescription to finished product, with a focus on quality, consistency, and making sure every job gets the attention it deserves.
When not talking lenses, masks, or production, you’ll probably find Jasmine spending time with family, planning the next adventure, or going down a rabbit hole learning something completely random. Naturally curious and slightly quirky, Jasmine firmly believes there’s usually a solution, you just have to be willing to look for it.

Joshua Nowitz
Founder
Josh is a physician specializing in emergency and aerospace medicine, and a technical and rebreather diver with close to 25 years of diving experience. He dives a Prism 2 rebreather and is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
Josh is nearsighted himself and kept his yellow Aqualung mask for 20 years before begrudgingly trading it in. Frustrated with the options for divers who wear glasses, he started See The Sea RX in the living room of his Houston home.
Today he leads our Houston lab, where our team makes custom prescription dive masks, snorkel masks and swim goggles. Josh dives our products himself, which is why quality matters so much to us. Josh was asked to write an article on prescription dive masks for DAN, which you can read here: “Prescription Dive Masks” in Alert Diver.
Josh is happy to talk diving and masks, but he isn’t an eye doctor. For questions about your eye health, please check with your optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Questions about your prescription? Call us at 1 (800) 356-7190 and we’ll walk you through it.
